Hi, I’m Wendy.

This space is just getting started, and so is this blog. I wanted a simple place to share what hypnotherapy actually is, how I work, and what people often wonder about before reaching out.

Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention. You’re not asleep, and you don’t lose control. You stay aware, grounded, and present while we work with the subconscious mind—the part of you that holds patterns, habits, and emotional responses.

When those deeper patterns begin to shift, change stops feeling like a constant fight and starts to feel steadier and more sustainable.

I offer a calm, professional, and supportive space for this work, both in person in Montauk, NY and virtually worldwide. Sessions are personalized and always client-led.

This blog will stay simple. I’ll share reflections, basic explanations, and occasional insights around hypnotherapy, the nervous system, and real change—without pressure or overwhelm.
